AIPEX provides an AI-driven guest engagement platform for hotels and vacation rentals: its on-site Guest Portal device helps you improve the guest experience, optimise turnovers, generate extra revenue and drive occupancy. Connecting Beds24 sends your guest reservation data to AIPEX.
What the integration does
Connecting Beds24 with your AIPEX properties lets guest reservation data flow between the systems. You can then use the calendar integration features of the AIPEX Virtual Concierge, such as automated host welcome cards and personalised greetings.
Connect Aipex
You need: an account with Aipex. The API access you allow lets AIPEX import your properties and bookings from Beds24.
Step 1: Allow API access
- Go to Settings > Account > Account Access.
- Enter a 16-character API key in the API Key field. You choose the key: create a random code with any combination of letters and numbers.
- Set API Key Access = allow any IP.
- Set Allow Writes = No.
- Click Save.
Make a note of the API key: you need it to connect your account in the AIPEX portal.
Step 2: Set your property keys
Add a property key in Beds24 for each property you want to sync to AIPEX.
- Go to Settings > Properties > Access.
- Add a propKey. It must be at least 16 characters long and unique: you can't use the same key more than once.
- Click Save.
- Repeat for each property you want to connect.
Step 3: Activate in AIPEX
- In a separate window, sign in to the AIPEX Virtual Concierge portal, choose Account > Integrations and click Activate under Beds24.
- Paste the Beds24 API key you defined in step 1 and click Save.
Expected result: guest reservation data from Beds24 flows to your AIPEX properties.
