Connect AA Travel to Beds24 to send your availability to AA Travel and import its bookings. Beds24 doesn't send prices to AA Travel.
Capabilities and limitations
- Beds24 exports inventory and imports bookings.
- Beds24 doesn't export prices. Set them directly at AA Travel.
- Beds24 doesn't import modifications or cancellations. Enter them manually in Beds24.

Connect AA Travel
You need: your AA Travel username and password, and the AA Travel room code for each room you want to synchronise. The property code isn't needed.
- Get your room codes: sign in to AA Travel and open the edit allocations & rates page. View the page source and search for
select name="room_id". The room code is the number invalue=, without the quotes. Beds24 can also help you find the codes. - In Beds24, go to Settings > Channel Manager > AAtravel.co.nz, set the connection to enabled and click Save.
- Enter your username, password and room codes, and enable the link for each room.
- Click Save.
Expected result: the rooms synchronise with AA Travel.
