Manage a group booking

Manage group bookings in the Invoice tab of a booking. You can also create a group booking there.

  • Add individual bookings to a group or remove them.
  • Use bulk actions to apply changes to some or all bookings of a group.
  • To check in a whole group at once, set up an Auto Action. A template is available that you can customise. See Auto Actions.

Tip: in the new calendar, group bookings are marked with a circle icon so you can recognise them at a glance.

The template variable [BOOKGROUPNAMELIST] returns a list of all guests in the group. Use it, for example, in print templates to print a guest list. For more group variables, see Template Variables: Booking group variables.
