The enquiry form is a widget that lets guests send you a message with their booking request from your website. Create it in Settings > Booking Engine > Booking Widgets > Enquiry Form.
Create an enquiry form
Steps:
- Go to Settings > Booking Engine > Booking Widgets > Enquiry Form.
- Set how the form fits into your website:
- Width and Height
- Name and Description: depending on the page you show the form on, you may not want to show your name or description.
- Footer
- Click Refresh to preview the form.
- When you are happy with the design, click Get Code.
- Paste the code into your website's source code where the form should display.
Expected result: guests can send you enquiries from your website.
Change colours and the header message
- The form uses the colours and styles of your booking page. To change them, go to Settings > Booking Engine > Property Booking Page > Style.
- To add a custom message at the top of the form, go to Settings > Booking Engine > Property Booking Page > Content and fill in Guest Enquiry Header.
