Connect eDreams ODIGEO to Beds24 to send your availability, prices and stay restrictions to eDreams, Opodo, GO Voyages and Travellink, and import their bookings automatically. eDreams ODIGEO Connect is the group's lodging platform for hotels, B&Bs and apartments, sold to its flight customers, including members of its Prime subscription programme.

Quick Guide

1. Ask your eDreams market manager to set Beds24 as your channel manager.
2. In Settings > Channel Manager > eDreams, enter the hotel ID from your market manager and choose whether your prices include tax.
3. Map your rooms and rates with Get Code.
4. Check View Actual Data, tick Inventory, Prices and Bookings, and save.

Capabilities and limitations

• One connection updates eDreams, Opodo, GO Voyages and Travellink.
• Beds24 exports inventory, multiple rates, and minimum and maximum stay.
• Beds24 imports new bookings. eDreams ODIGEO doesn't send modifications or cancellations: enter them manually in Beds24.
• The maximum stay is limited to 28 days.
• Beds24 imports only bookings made after you connect. Enter existing bookings manually to block the dates, see Existing bookings.
• Upsell items can't be exported.

Before you connect

Beds24 only sends availability when you have prices that are active for eDreams. See Setting Prices for Booking Channels.

Price type	What Beds24 sends
Fixed prices	1 person, 2 person and room price. The room price is sent for the occupancy you specify. Several prices with different occupancies can go on the same rate plan. Extra person and extra child prices, and discounts on the Discounts tab, can't be sent.
Daily prices	The daily price including occupancy. Several occupancy prices can go on each rate plan. The extra person price is sent.

• Beds24 sends a single (1 guest), double (2 guests) and room price; the room price applies to the maximum occupancy. For more than 3 occupancy levels, set up extra rates or daily prices for each level and map them on the channel settings of the rate or daily price.
• eDreams supports several prices per room, for example for different minimum stays, meal options, or refundable and non-refundable rates, and can calculate child rates. See Multiple rates at eDreams.
• If you sell rooms individually elsewhere but as a room type with a quantity above one on eDreams, set up virtual rooms.

Connect eDreams ODIGEO

You need: the eDreams hotel ID for your property, and the username and password you create in the eDreams extranet.

Step 1: Request the connection at eDreams

Contact your eDreams market manager and ask for Beds24 as your channel manager. Your market manager gives you your hotel ID.

Step 2: Enter your hotel ID in Beds24

1. Go to Settings > Channel Manager > eDreams and enter the ID in Hotel ID.
2. Choose whether the prices Beds24 sends include tax.

Step 3: Map your rooms

1. Click Get Code next to the room type ID setting.
2. Click the eDreams room ID you want to map to each Beds24 room.
3. When the room ID is copied into the room type ID setting, click Save.

Step 4: Map your rates

1. Set the currency you use on eDreams. If you use a different currency in Beds24, use the price multiplier.
2. Set whether your prices in eDreams include taxes.
3. Click Get Code next to the rate plan ID setting.
4. Click the eDreams standard rate for this room. Check that the rate plan ID is copied into the setting.
5. Click Save.

Step 5: Activate the connection

1. Click View Actual Data to check the availability and prices Beds24 will send.
2. Tick Inventory, Prices and Bookings.
3. Click Save.

Expected result: Beds24 sends your availability and prices to eDreams and imports new bookings. The connection works if you receive no error messages and eDreams shows the right availability and prices.

Note: Beds24 overwrites prices already set in eDreams but can't remove them. If Beds24 sends no prices, it sends no availability, and eDreams shows its original data.

If you receive error messages, fix them immediately: eDreams rejects all updates while there is an error. See Troubleshooting. Changes to settings go with the next update, see Updates and changes.

Price multiplier

For eDreams, add the multiplier to your hotel ID. For example, 123456*1.23 raises all prices for hotel ID 123456 by 23%, and 123456*1.23* also divides the price of imported bookings by 1.23. See Price multiplier for all options, including currency conversion.

Multiple rates at eDreams

eDreams supports several prices per room, for example for different meal options or refundable and non-refundable rates. Map a different Beds24 rate or offer to each eDreams rate, see Map channel rate codes. If you don't have the rate IDs you need, ask eDreams to add them.

Manage eDreams bookings

• Virtual cards: eDreams ODIGEO sends virtual credit cards. You can charge them automatically if you use Stripe.
• Modifications and cancellations: enter them manually in Beds24, see Capabilities and limitations.

Troubleshooting

Beds24 emails you any error eDreams returns during an update. For general causes and fixes, see Troubleshooting in How the Channel Manager works.

Disconnect eDreams ODIGEO

• Untick Inventory, Prices and Bookings to stop the synchronisation for a room.
• To disconnect the channel manager completely, you may need to ask eDreams to disconnect you.
