Corporate Guests

Handle bookings from corporate customers with invoicees, the guest database, internal prices and agent prices. Which one you use depends on whether you need separate financial reporting and whether the company books by phone and email or online.

Invoicees

An invoicee is an entity you can assign the charges and payments of a booking to. It can be a repeat guest, a company, an agent or a department of your own business, for example the restaurant.

  • Assign each charge and payment in a booking to an invoicee. One booking can use several invoicees, for example the room charge goes to the company and the extras stay with the guest.
  • Give invoicees special prices. These prices are used when you select the invoicee while making a booking, for example in the price checker.
  • Show the charges and payments of invoicees in standard and custom reports.

See Invoicees.

Guests

If you don't need separate financial reporting, save corporate customers as guests. You can then use their details for new bookings. See How to use Guest database.
