Add different text to your booking confirmation depending on the booking type in Settings > Guest Management > Confirmation Messages > Type Messages. The booking type comes from your booking engine settings or from the price that was booked.
Booking types
You can set a text for each of these booking types:
- Automatic no Deposit Booking Type
- Automatic with Credit Card Booking Type
- Request Only Booking Type
- Request with Credit Card Booking Type
- Deposit Payment 1 Booking Type
- Deposit Payment 2 Booking Type
The text shows in the confirmation message before the text from Settings > Guest Management > Confirmation Messages. Add information from the booking with Template Variables.
Tip: at the bottom of the page, set how much space to leave between the sections of the message.
