Connect bookeasy to Beds24 to send your availability and prices to bookeasy and import its bookings and cancellations.
Capabilities and limitations
- Beds24 exports inventory and prices, and can apply a price multiplier.
- Beds24 imports bookings and cancellations.
- If you override minimum stays in the Calendar, Beds24 sends the lowest price found and applies it to the higher minimum stay. Bookeasy doesn't close the lower minimum stays but applies the default rate (rack rate) to them.

Connect bookeasy
You need: your bookeasy username, password and operator ID, and the bookeasy room IDs.
Prerequisites: your bookable product is fully loaded in bookeasy. For help, contact your local visitor information centre or booking agent.
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Bookeasy, enter your bookeasy username, password and operator ID, and click Save.
- Enter each bookeasy room ID in the Room ID field of the matching Beds24 room.
- Enter the number of guests the room can accommodate.
- Enter your rack rate. Guests can book at this default rate if Beds24 sends no prices.
- Click View Actual Data to check the prices and availability Beds24 will send.
- Tick Inventory, Prices and Bookings and click Save.
Expected result: Beds24 sends your availability and prices to bookeasy and imports new bookings and cancellations.
Prices sent to bookeasy

- Beds24 can send prices for different minimum stays. If you send several prices, each must apply to the same number of guests.
- Set a price for an extra guest in the channel manager settings.
- If Beds24 sends no prices, guests can book at the default rate you set in the bookeasy extranet.
Price multiplier
For bookeasy, add the multiplier to the Operator ID field, for example 12345678*1.23 to raise all prices by 23%, or 12345678*1.23* to also divide the price of imported bookings by 1.23. See Price multiplier for all options.
Disconnect bookeasy
Untick Inventory, Prices and Bookings to stop the synchronisation for a room.
