Pay for Beds24 and see what you are charged in Settings > Account > Billing. You only pay for the service you use: charges are for access to the system and software, with no charges or commissions on reservations, and guests never pay any fees for using the system. Your account must stay in positive credit.

Monthly service fee and usage charges
The Monthly Service Fee is calculated from your current setup. If you change your setup or incur extra charges, your credit is used accordingly.
Usage Charges are additional charges for SMS and payment processing fees.

Make a payment
You can make a one-off payment of any amount you choose. Small payments incur a processing charge.
- If you pay with PayPal in another currency, the amount is converted at the displayed rate and then applied to your account.
- The Beds24 credit card gateway doesn't support all card types. If your card shows as Invalid, pay by credit card through PayPal, which supports a wider range of cards, or set up an automated payment.
Note: All payments to Beds24 are non-refundable and non-transferable and can only be used for Beds24 services.
Automated payments
With automated payments, Beds24 automatically charges your card with the amount of your choice (plus VAT if applicable) when your balance falls below a threshold. Small payments incur a processing charge. Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted.
Tip: If you set up an automated payment and remove the card number after the payment went through, the card is charged only once.
Account information and VAT
Enter your company details, name and address in Account Information.
- Customers in the EU are asked to provide their valid VAT number. With a valid EU VAT number, Beds24 exempts you from VAT based on the reverse charge method: send a support ticket with your VAT number and ask for your details to be verified.
- Local VAT is added for customers based in the EU who don't provide a valid VAT number, and for customers based in Germany.

Account statement and daily service fees
- Account Statement shows the charges and payments for your Beds24 account. You can download your Beds24 invoice here.
- Daily Service Fees shows the breakdown of the charges per day. Charges can vary with your setup and when you add or remove properties or rooms.
