Beyond is a revenue management platform for short-term rental owners and managers, with a dynamic, demand-driven pricing tool and extensive market data. Connected to Beds24, Beyond reads your daily prices, calculates prices for future dates and sends them back as daily prices, with an optional minimum stay.
What the integration does
- Beyond reads daily prices from Beds24 and uses this data to calculate prices for future dates.
- Beyond sends one price per day to Beds24 as a daily price, and can send a minimum stay.
- The price from Beyond always updates Daily Price 1. You can't change this.
- If you need them, set up more daily prices in Beds24 with other minimum stays and offsets, and link them to the price sent from Beyond.
Connect Beyond
You need: an account with Beyond. For Beds24, the normal channel manager fees apply.
- Go to Settings > Marketplace > Beyond and set Synchronization = enable for every room you want to connect to Beyond.
- Go to Settings > Account and copy your Beds24 Account Number (owner ID).
- Sign in to Beyond, click Link Another Account and click the Beds24 icon.
- Paste your Beds24 account number (owner ID) and click Link Account.
Expected result: Beyond sends daily prices to Beds24 for the rooms you enabled. For more information, see the Beyond help.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Likely cause | Resolution |

| The minimum stay or price from Beyond doesn't update in Beds24 | A room setting or daily price rule in Beds24 limits the values. Beyond can't reduce these values. | In Settings > Properties > Rooms > Setup, leave Minimum Stay = 1 and Minimum Price = 0.00 (or your minimum). Check the rules in Prices > Daily Price Rules, and leave the minimum stay there at 1 (or your minimum). Remember that Beyond only updates Daily Price 1. |
Disconnect Beyond
To stop Beds24 sending data, go to Settings > Marketplace > Beyond and disable the rooms you want to disconnect.
