If you don't have an Airbnb account yet, create one from Settings > Channel Manager > Airbnb and authorise Beds24 to connect to it. Then complete your Airbnb profile before you connect or create listings.

- Click Connect with Airbnb and then Sign Up.
- Authorise Beds24 to connect to your new account.
- Log in to Airbnb and complete your profile.
Create and authorise the account
- Go to Settings > Channel Manager > Airbnb > Accounts and click Connect with Airbnb.
- Click Sign Up and follow the steps to create a new Airbnb account.
- On the authorisation page, agree to the Airbnb terms and click Allow. Then click Return to go back to Beds24.
Expected result: The authorisation button is gone, and you see a line like Connected with Airbnb account 00000000 with the number of the Airbnb account you're connected to.
Note: If you have several properties, authorise each property.
Complete your Airbnb profile
Log in to your Airbnb account and complete your profile:
- Add a profile picture. It's required.
- Enter a phone number where guests can reach the host.
- Use the email address where you want to receive enquiries.
- Enter your payout preferences in the account settings.
- Hosts in cities in Germany, Austria or Switzerland need an imprint, see Airbnb account settings (German only).
Profiles for agencies
- List the name of the agency. It can include the name of a contact person, for example "Maria from Agency XYZ".
- Use a picture of a real person in the agency: a team member, the manager or a team photo.
- Describe yourself as a professional host in the profile text, so guests don't expect a private person renting out a space in their home. This helps prevent negative reviews.
